Esther Thompson is an Examiner in Care Management, who has worked at MCDHS for 16 years. She is being recognized by her co-workers for her exceptional efforts during the difficult situation that the pandemic has created for everyone at MCDHS. One of her co-workers had this to say about Esther Thompson:

"Esther is the most helpful person I have ever met. When the pandemic started, Esther was in the office every day ready to assist whenever needed. She was always available for questions from other workers, to assist with training, and to help with whatever was needed. Esther frequently takes time away from her own tasks to help other workers. She has helped train many of the new examiners when they come to care management, and they continue to come to her for help, because they trust her knowledge and her willingness to support them."
